Ready to take the reins on a major enterprise ERP program?

We’re looking for a PMO Manager to step into a high-visibility role, driving the successful delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation within a complex, fast-paced environment.

The Role
You’ll sit at the heart of the program, partnering closely with the Program Director and leading the PMO function to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and on scope. This is a hands-on leadership role where governance, structure, and momentum are key.

You’ll oversee a small team (approx. 4 direct reports) while supporting project managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMO governance across the ERP program
• Drive planning, reporting, risk, and financial management
• Ensure alignment to business objectives and delivery standards
• Support and influence senior stakeholders across the program
• Embed best-practice frameworks and consistent ways of working
• Keep delivery tight, transparent, and outcome-focused

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a PMO Manager within large enterprise environments
• Strong track record managing PMO's through large scale system implementation programs
• Confidence operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and program controls
